Come make history with us and be part of the GWM We are looking for SCM BUSINESS ANALYST to join our team.
Based in our PLANT, this professional will be responsible to support the process for supply chain, including procurement process, logistics, warehouse operations and import process;Be the responsible to design BBP's, As Is and To Be documents and analisys of BRD's (Business requirements document);Support Business department in new projects;the implementation and operation and maintenance of informatization projects such as product R & D, supply chain, sales and management decision, and formulate specifications and standards to achieve the goal of leading the industry in regional informatization level.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Participate in the company's procurement system、SCM system,Import system and other construction projects, cooperate with the information system manager to complete the system research, demand analysis, system design, testing and other work;
- Responsible for the collection and arrangement of business department's requirements and data, and confirm the internal requirements;
- Responsible for production management system operation specification, business training, related system maintenance manual development and training;
- Responsible for the implementation of the system online switching plan;
- Responsible for the response, diagnosis and treatment of problems and faults in the production management system, and summarize the problemsRespond to customer needs, deal with system problems of business feedback, optimize system functions and improve customer satisfaction.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field;
- English (Fluent);
- Portuguese (home language).
**EXPERIENCE**:
- More than 5 years experience in SCM system;
- Experience in system integration;
- Experience in project management.
