KANTAR is looking for a LEGAL MANAGER in BRASIL, this person will be responsible for : Review and negotiate all contracts with clients and suppliers in Brazil, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation. Coordinate regional legal demands and lead negotiations with clients and suppliers across LATAM. Act as the focal point for data protection and artificial intelligence topics, collaborating with the global team and leading regional initiatives. Provide legal consulting in labor, corporate, and regulatory areas, supporting business units with strategic and secure guidance. Develop innovative legal solutions, including automation of templates and application of AI in Law. Support audits, supplier approvals, and contractual risk analysis. Disseminate legal knowledge through training and advisory support to internal teams. Represent the legal department in strategic meetings and multidisciplinary projects, contributing to regionally impactful decisions. Organize and track legal tasks via Planner and Teams, ensuring traceability and efficiency in demand management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
