Amazon Ads Specialist | Remote | Ecommerce Agency. This full-time, remote role focuses on owning Amazon advertising accounts, optimizing performance, and communicating results clearly to clients.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Take full ownership of assigned client advertising accounts — from communication to performance.
  • Develop, refine, and execute Amazon ad strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns through deep data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Lead regular client calls to present results, strategies, and next steps.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with clear strategic context.
  • Conduct detailed keyword, competitor, and market research to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with and mentor analysts supporting account execution.
Impact You’ll Have
  • Drive strong campaign performance through smart optimization.
  • Keep client goals front and center while executing tailored ad strategies.
  • Build trust by delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure every detail — from keyword research to reporting — aligns with client success.
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Advertising accounts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Excellent communicator — able to simplify and explain ad strategies to clients.
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, or similar.
  • Highly proactive and tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools and automation software.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Based in Latin America with prior remote work experience.
Compensation
  • $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month, depending on skills and experience.
  • Stable, long-term role with room to grow.
