We are looking for a Consultant SAP FI / AP, who wants to learn and transform their career.

Responsibilities:

• Document parking and release using the dual control principle (more than one employee involved). The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for document parking and the Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for release.
• Processing items and balances, including processing checks and payments.
• Processing period-end closing and master data.
• Process payments and update run with printout.
• Correspondence, including answering incoming vendor queries.
• Reporting for accounts payable accounting, generating reports detailing accounts payable status.
• Displaying G/L account information.
• Calculating exchange rates and interest.
• Managing internet services and B2B.
• Information from invoice verification.
• Required: English fluency; Spanish is a differential.
