What you will do We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a technical and proactive mindset to join our development team. This person will play a key role in building the quality foundation of the squad, going beyond traditional QA by working extensively with test automation and process structuring . Responsibilities: Lead the structuring of the QA area from the ground up within the development squad; Design, write, and maintain automated tests to ensure end-to-end product quality; Collaborate closely with developers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; Validate features from both a technical and end-user experience perspective; Help define and implement scalable QA standards, practices, and tools; Actively participate in technical discussions and decisions related to software quality; Propose and carry out proofs of concept (POCs) to validate automation strategies and new technologies. What you should bring Strong experience in software testing, especially automated testing; Familiarity with programming languages and software development best practices (preferably with a developer mindset); Experience with test automation tools (such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.); Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines; Knowledge of manual testing with a strong focus on user experience; Ability to work independently and in a structured way, taking the lead on QA initiatives. Differentials: Experience (or hands-on studies) with AI applied to software testing; Experience leading or participating in POCs for test automation or AI-driven testing; Previous experience as the first QA on a team or involvement in early-stage QA team setups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
