The role involves leading modernization initiatives, designing cloud-native architectures, and guiding technical teams for successful Azure adoption.

Experience

13+ years in application development and modernization Strong experience with IIS , application hosting, and configuration Proven experience migrating and modernizing applications to Azure PaaS Experience leading teams of 5+ members Key Skills & Responsibilities Hands-on web application development Azure PaaS expertise: App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure Container Instances Application architecture, dependency analysis, and performance assessment Containerization of applications and Kubernetes (AKS) deployment Design Azure Landing Zones and target-state application architecture Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Data, and Integration teams Ensure solutions align with Azure strategy, business, application, and infrastructure requirements Secondary & Soft Skills Azure PaaS troubleshooting Strong customer communication and stakeholder management Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and team collaboration skills Technologies . NET, Java, Angular/React, Python
