Liason: this professional acts like a bridge among business and IT areas, translating business and product needs and requirements into a Product Roadmap and further Project Documentations;Evaluates business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions;Highly professional communication abilities are a must, combined with skilled navigation among different areas and levels of the company; to advocate and deliver business needs to IT and Web Development areas, showing high efficient behavior while working alongside companies executives, managers, peers, and staff.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategiesConducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsDocumenting and communicating the results of your effortsEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirementsDeveloping and managing business intelligence solutions for the organizationUsing and developing data collection processesReviewing and validating data**Skills**:Experience in Agile and/or Scrum environments.Holds knowledge in Project Management tools, documents, and standardsAccountability: Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.Ability to communicate effectively.**Requisitos****Qualifications**:College Degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.5+ years of work experience with Business Analysis or similar roles.Experience in Business Information (BI) and Data Mining is a plus and a differentialFluency or Proficiency in English is required.**Jornada de trabalho**8h
