Communication/Community Manager
to lead our communication efforts and nurture our community. You will collaborate closely with a team of 2–3 volunteers to achieve shared goals and support our mission of creating a sustainable and thriving future.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Marketing:Create engaging videos and visual content for social media and the website.Write compelling blog articles and newsletters to showcase our activities.Manage and update our WordPress website.Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and visibility on social media.Handle email inquiries and direct communication with potential volunteers, tourists, and partners.Optimize content using SEO best practices to enhance online presence.Community Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, visitors, and the local community.Ensure smooth communication and cooperation between team members and volunteers.Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new team members and volunteers.Organize events and activities to foster engagement and collaboration.Supervise and mentor a team of 2–3 volunteers assisting with communication and community activities.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality output.RequirementsFluency in
English and Portuguese
