This role targets proactive and communicative professionals with a passion for Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. It is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily English communication.
Responsibilities- Engage in hiring and talent search, people operations, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organization
- Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders as needed
- Operate with autonomy, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Support HR and operations activities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); residing in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills
- Nice-to-haves: Prior administrative or service-related experience; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in startups or fast-paced environments; international experience; undergraduate degree
- Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
- As a Contractor (PJ), you will have competitive compensation and growth opportunities
- Contract type: Contractor (PJ)
- Compensation: R$2.5K, with possibility to increase to R$5k after 6 months
- Work with international clients following international standards
