**ROLE PURPOSE**
- The IT System Specialist advise within your area of expertise and are expected to remain at the forefront of developments to identify innovative methods to carry out assigned tasks that will increase the overall quality and efficiency.
**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
- To support and contribute to a fully integrated and aligned IT Strategy across the SBM organization, you are responsible to:_
- Liaise, work together with, and advise your colleagues within different sites and disciplines
- Execute the agreed processes and known best practices necessary to work accordingly to the direction and strategy of Group IT making suggestions for improvement
- Act preparing materials (presentation, documentation, etc) related to day-to-day work to share among the teams to improve quality of support
- Identify areas for potential issues and proactively communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues, share information and provide guidance as required
- Participate actively using the ITIL v3 fundamental processes
- Provide accurate and detailed information when escalating to the next support level or Service Provider
- Communicate/escalate in timely manner recurring issues and problems to Support Manager
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid experience in System Management role
- Mandatory English-speaking fluency.
- Mandatory experience in Windows OS environment and Azure Cloud
- Strong knowledge of various cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, & SaaS)
- Must have hand-on experience with implementation, management, and support to Exchange online.
- Must have hand-on experience with implementation, management, and support to O365.
- Mandatory Strong PowerShell scripting automation
- Mandatory experience with ITIL v3 processes, COBIT v5 is a plus
- Experience supporting VIPs when required
- Experience with Cisco Datacenter products is a plus
- Certifications on Microsoft Azure and Cisco products are a plus
