Estamos procurando um Delivery Manager para se juntar à nossa equipe de trabalho remoto.
O Delivery Manager na Tarken desempenha um papel crucial na gestão de uma equipe de desenvolvedores que apoia um time interno de projetos e implementações, atuando como facilitador e líder estratégico para garantir entregas eficientes e alinhadas aos objetivos organizacionais.
Suas Atividades Incluirão
- Distribuir tarefas e responsabilidades entre os desenvolvedores, assegurando o uso eficiente dos recursos disponíveis.
- Facilitar a comunicação entre a equipe de desenvolvimento e o time interno de projetos, garantindo o alinhamento de expectativas.
- Acompanhar o andamento das atividades, monitorar prazos e identificar desvios no cronograma.
- Remover obstáculos que possam atrapalhar o progresso da equipe, facilitando soluções.
- Promover treinamentos, fornecer feedback e incentivar o crescimento profissional dos desenvolvedores.
- Aplicar práticas como Scrum ou Kanban para otimizar processos e melhorar a eficiência.
- Avaliar o desempenho do projeto e da equipe, identificando áreas para melhoria contínua.
- 2+ anos de experiência em gestão de times de desenvolvimento.
- Excelente capacidades de liderança e comunicação.
- Excelente capacidades organizacionais.
