Acreditamos que pequenas equipes de pessoas inteligentes e dedicadas, trabalhando com liberdade, domínio e propósito, podem alcançar coisas extraordinárias.Estamos procurando um Delivery Manager para se juntar à nossa equipe de trabalho remoto.O Delivery Manager na Tarken desempenha um papel crucial na gestão de uma equipe de desenvolvedores que apoia um time interno de projetos e implementações, atuando como facilitador e líder estratégico para garantir entregas eficientes e alinhadas aos objetivos organizacionais.Suas Atividades Incluirão Distribuir tarefas e responsabilidades entre os desenvolvedores, assegurando o uso eficiente dos recursos disponíveis. Facilitar a comunicação entre a equipe de desenvolvimento e o time interno de projetos, garantindo o alinhamento de expectativas. Acompanhar o andamento das atividades, monitorar prazos e identificar desvios no cronograma. Remover obstáculos que possam atrapalhar o progresso da equipe, facilitando soluções. Promover treinamentos, fornecer feedback e incentivar o crescimento profissional dos desenvolvedores. Aplicar práticas como Scrum ou Kanban para otimizar processos e melhorar a eficiência. Avaliar o desempenho do projeto e da equipe, identificando áreas para melhoria contínua. Qualificações 2+ anos de experiência em gestão de times de desenvolvimento. Excelente capacidades de liderança e comunicação. Excelente capacidades organizacionais.
