Senior Developer responsibilities and expectations are described below, including collaboration with clients, product managers, analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Develop software application solutions for the organization\'s external and internal clients. Work across the software development life cycle (SDLC) with teams including security, quality assurance, training, project management and engineering to assist in all project aspects as needed. Review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure and deploy software. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide innovative, secure solutions. Be results-oriented, stay informed on current and legacy technologies, understand relevant platforms and environments, and apply this knowledge to business processes and data within the domain.

Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solve complex problems, work independently with minimal guidance, and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Requirements:

• Java programming
• Spring Ecosystem
• Build and Dependency management
• Relational Database (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Unit Testing, Integration testing and automated testing
• Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Knowledge of multi-threading
• Exposure to AWS
• Experience with Continuous Integration is helpful
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable to operate in a dynamic agile environment

Education: Desired BA/BS degree -- or equivalent in education and experience.

Experience: Desired strong experience in equivalent or similar area.

Functional Knowledge: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.

Business Expertise: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; aware of competition and market differentiation.

Leadership: Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.

Interpersonal Skills: Communication — explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
