Ocean Network Express (ONE) was incepted on July 7, 2017, following the liner service integrations of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha ("K" LINE), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) and Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK). The new entity functions from its global headquarters in Singapore, supported by regional headquarters in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Brazil. Role Responsibilities and Activities:

• Fleet Container Maintenance Control at the lowest possible cost in the region.
• Budget analysis, approval, rejection, and inspection in accordance with MNR ONE policies.
• Create dashboards based on critical analysis.
• Support MnR activities in Latin American countries and monitor local offices.
• Damaged equipment turnaround time – Monitor estimate receipt times and repair performance in each country.
• Invoices – Review and approve invoices in OPUS (internal system).
• Seal control – stock and distribution – Check warehouse/port inventory and arrange distribution.
• Container preparation – Prepare GOH installations, special repairs (UPGRADE), and reefer preparation.
• M&R fee application – Analyze third-party damages through application of the M&R fee.
• Onboard service / technical assistance – Coordinate assistance for loaded containers (service provider – terminal – local office).
• Claims – Analyze the nature of the damage, identify the responsible party, and ensure that repair costs are charged to the third party.

• Application of Lean methodology to manage activities with Latin American countries and overall management.

Required Skills:

• Intermediate/Advanced English
• Basic Spanish (preferred)
• Knowledge in Shipping/Containers – At least 3–5 years of experience working in a depot (Container Inspector / Refrigeration Technician / Equipment Control)
• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of BI tools / Dashboards (intermediate)

Education:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Refrigeration, or Production.
