As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective use of Salesforce functionalities. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational objectives and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications. They must also be proficient in solution design, configuration, and testing, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using Salesforce capabilities
  • Designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals
  • Preparing technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends
  • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing training materials, and facilitating learning sessions for end-users
  • Communicating effectively with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value
Requisitos / Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management
  • Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagramming skills
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
  • Basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL

A successful Salesforce Business Analyst should possess:

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements
  • Process mapping and diagramming skills
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation skills
