Senior Content Analyst

Position SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and committed person for our senior content analyst position as part of our Exchange Content team. Python knowledge, financial markets knowledge and LSEG product knowledge is a must since you will be encouraged to work with different team members within the company to address multiple content issues and projects.Our group covers all market data content trading at Stock Exchanges in the LATAM region. We handle all databases connected to both real time and reference products. Our responsibility is to include and maintain the dataset as well as support clients with their queries, sales and account management teams with their retention and sales in the region and work with the Exchanges and development teams to improve data quality and work on technical and content projects.Role ResponsibilitiesImplement and support automations using python (or any other supported automation language) to guarantee data accuracyParticipate in requirement discussion both technical and non-technical aspects with relevant partiesProduce minimum level of requirement documents and MoWsProvide support for Customer Support and Sales and Account Management teamsSupport Exchange Content sets on both internal databases and all LSEG products and guarantee data accuracyParticipation on new hire training, creation of documentations and methodologyRequired skills and experienceGood knowledge in python programming languageProficient level in spoken and written English and Spanish due to the customer base this role will supportPositive and open mindset, eager to learnProactive and commitedGood interpersonal skillsGood financial markets knowledgeLSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
