About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will work on high-scale SaaS platforms with a focus on reliability and scalability. This is a great opportunity for problem solvers who thrive on multitasking, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating across a global team in multiple languages. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing architectures for reliability and scalability. Debugging and resolving production issues quickly and systematically is also an essential part of this role. Improving deployment speed & system observability will be a key area of focus. The ideal candidate has strong experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes in production, deep knowledge of MongoDB & Atlas, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or Go. Familiarity with DevOps/SRE principles & real-world troubleshooting ability is a must-have skill. Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure management and automation using Terraform would be beneficial. In addition to the above-mentioned skills, we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
