Here we offer you an exciting and dynamic work environment and will equip you with the know-how that will stretch and enhance your career journey.Role Summary:Responsible for planning, management and control of the quality of activities, Process Control, Environment, Management and Operational Safety Systems to meet the needs of Bracell Cellulose in compliance with the guidelines established for the company's results.**Responsibilities**:In this role you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:- Ensure the care needs of the operational areas by providing results through planning, management and control of the department's activities contributing to the operational control and decision-making process of the operational areas- Ensure compliance with the technical requirements of the environmental licensing processes through resource management and materials resulting from the activities Bracell at environmental agencies.- Licensing new projects through the management, analysis, discussion, planning, analysis of environmental impacts to the implementation of new projects in compliance with current environmental legislation.- To guarantee the certification, maintenance and re-certification of management systems (ISOs) through the management of resources, non-compliance records, cause analysis, identify potential problems, limitations and development of continuous improvement proposals.- To contribute to research of "benchmarking" of quality, environment and safety for the identification of new opportunities for improvement in the pulp sector companies or even outside it.- Contribute to hiring area services through analysis, evaluation, equalization of proposed services and suppliers.- contribute to the analysis input costs through analysis, monitoring and measurement of losses and consumption of the production process as well as to propose alternatives for the reduction.- To contribute to the planning system participation goals in the company's results through negotiation with the commission representing the factory, setting annual targets, preparation of monthly monitoring report and closing of the half-year results.- Contribute to the organization's strategic planning through development and sustainable growth according to the Mission, Vision and Company Values through scenario development and participation in the decision-making process of the Board face the new licensing projects and expansion of company.**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:- A degree in the related job field.- Working exposure or experience in a similar role.- Willing to relocate to the job location.- Fluent English- Deep experience with solid waste treatment management and CertificationWhen you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
