Job Description : We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our material procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The role involves planning and implementing material procurement strategies for Brazilian merchants, ensuring timely and safe delivery of required materials. Develop and implement comprehensive procurement plans, anticipating material requirements and establishing contingency measures to ensure smooth business operations. Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and identify opportunities for process improvement. Focus on advancing projects to improve the efficiency of material management, including standardized procurement processes and online procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience in material procurement and project management. Familiarity with collaborative relationships with relevant departments, including procurement teams. Excellent project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple teams throughout the procurement process. Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English, with proficiency in Portuguese being an asset.
