Overview Empresa multinacional busca por Contract Manager para integrar a sua equipe jurídica em projeto SECONDMENT por tempo indeterminado. Local: região de Campinas (modalidade híbrida, sendo 2 dias presenciais e 3 dias em home office) Horário: comercial de segunda a sexta feira Início imediato Modalidade de contratação: Associado(a) ou Pessoa Jurídica (PJ) Principais atividades Consultoria e gestão contratual durante todo o ciclo de vida dos contratos; Reportar semanalmente seu trabalho para o Lead Lawyer da área no Brasil e alinhar previamente todos os temas estratégicos; Analisar contrato negociado pelo time de oferta, fazer resumo dos principais pontos de atenção e ministrar workshop para o time de projeto (Contract Reading); Elaborar e atualizar periodicamente a estratégia de claims, de acordo com o contrato, riscos e oportunidades do projeto (Claim Strategy); Conduzir reuniões semanais de Contract Management com o time de projeto para verificar o andamento dos projetos do ponto de vista contratual, antecipando riscos e buscando oportunidades; Elaborar atas de reunião de Contract Management e acompanhar o andamento das ações acordadas com os membros do time de projeto; Alertar time de projeto para potenciais riscos internos e externos que possam impactar o contrato; Redigir e revisar cartas, notificações e claims, com suporte dos demais membros do time de projeto; Elaborar, revisar, analisar, modificar, negociar contratos e modificações contratuais (Vendas e Compras), de acordo com as guidelines da empresa e com apoio do Project Manager (PM), Commercial Project Manager (CPM) e do Lead Lawyer da área no Brasil; Análise de risco contratual (Vendas e Compras); Atuar como membro de uma equipe de negociação multidisciplinar; Suportar revisões contratuais internas e aprovações gerenciais, com elaboração de resumos e apresentações em português e inglês; Organizar e arquivar toda a documentação relacionada a gestão de contratos; Elaborar e ministrar treinamentos para o time de projeto. Requisitos obrigatórios OAB ativa; Experiência em Direito Contratual; Inglês fluente (será aplicado teste); Disponibilidade para viagens a cada 15 dias para região de Piracicaba.
