We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key player, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via live chat, email, and phone. Your primary objectives include: Providing timely and effective support to customers Meeting sales targets to maximize customer satisfaction Educating customers on our tools and technology Becoming an expert in our products and advocating for customers Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to drive service improvements Investigating technical issues and proposing solutions To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in customer service, handling high volumes of emails and chats Fluency in English, with advanced verbal and written communication skills Experience with ticketing and live chat software (e.g., Fresh Desk, Zoho Desk) Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely A genuine passion for crafting exceptional customer journeys Key Responsibilities Deliver seamless customer experiences through various channels Meet or exceed sales and retention targets Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
