Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.**About the role****Responsibilities**- Assist in monitoring and analyzing fleet performance, utilization, and cost efficiency.- Support fleet management in coordinating maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and compliance tracking.- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of fleet operations.- Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth fleet operations.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.- Respond promptly to fleet-related issues, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused approach.- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.**Qualifications**- English Fluency and Portuguese, spanish will be a plus- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage multiple tasks effectively.**Extra details**- On-site in Saguaçu, Joinville- Health and dental plan- Paid vacation- Holidays off (US)- Performance bonus.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: R$4,000.00 - R$5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Joinville - SC 89221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (preferred)Expected Start Date: 17/03/2025
