Johnson & Johnson is seeking a **Global Function FP&A Senior Analyst **who demonstrates strong work behaviors to join our special team in **São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil. **As a leading company in the health industry, Johnson & Johnson offers an outstanding opportunity for growth and development.As the **Global Function FP&A Senior Analyst **, you will have a crucial role in overseeing the budget for Global Functions, such as IT, HR, Procurement, and Finance, for the J&J Group of companies in LATAM. Your main responsibilities will include planning and updating forecasts, performing reporting and analytics tasks, and building strong relationships with various teams. You will collaborate closely with Financial Directors in LATAM, global leaders, finance colleagues, and global functions to ensure their FP&A requirements, from budgeting to actuals, are met. Furthermore, you will contribute to the standardization of FP&A activities and find ways to improve global standards throughout the group.**Responsibilities**:- Gain alignment with global/regional leaders on strategy and financial implications- Anticipate additional long-term forecasting requirements and direct analyses- Collaborate with key leaders to ensure resources are aligned with goals and priorities- Establish clear and achievable financial targets in collaboration with business leaders- Collaborate with functional leaders to influence and shape business decisions- Ensure adequate processes are in place to safeguard reports and meet compliance guidelines- Make decisions, provide recommendations, and influence business partners on Finance and Procurement structures- Manage financial issues to deliver on short and long-term business needs- Support global standards/capabilities, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives- Manage a Finance Intern, supporting their development plan, goals, and objectives**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related areas. Equivalent experience will also be considered favorably. Possessing an MBA is an added advantage.- Previous experience in Financial Planning area- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power BI and Alteryx is a plus)- Preferred experience with SAP, TM1, or Anaplan- Critical thinker and self-organized- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills- Demonstrated experience in partnering with associates at all levels of the organization- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility- Ability to collaborate with business partners and influence decisions- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on operational improvement**Being part of Johnson & Johnson can change everything, including YOU**:Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
