.Industry Knowledge:Experience with healthcare systems, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is highly desirable.Collaboration & Problem-Solving:Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members effectively.Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications, such as:Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited ProfessionalSalesforce Platform Developer I or IIExperience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce CI/CD.Languages:Fluent in English.
