Job Opportunity: Structural Development Specialist At our organization, we are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Structural Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing new products with rationality, reliability, and novelty. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products that meet customer needs and business objectives. 2. Lead the development of technical documentation throughout the product development process, ensuring compliance with R&D protocols and quality management standards. 3. Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the product development process, driving innovation and optimization for product components throughout their lifecycle. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, or related fields. 2. Proficient in design software including CAD, Pro-E, UG, and SolidWorks. Preferred Qualifications: Strong learning capabilities, humility, openness, inclusivity, innovation, teamwork awareness, and excellent communication skills.
