Sobre o Cargo

Como Community Associate você terá a oportunidade de vivenciar um ambiente dinâmico e diverso na equipe Community , time focado em oferecer hospitalidade e experiências inovadoras aos membros, terá a oportunidade de contribuir para a operação de espaços de trabalho inspiradores e influenciar positivamente a maneira como as pessoas trabalham, transformando o futuro do trabalho em todo o mundo.


Principais Responsabilidades:


  • Atendimento ao cliente: Será o primeiro ponto de contato para os membros e visitantes da WeWork. Recepcionar as pessoas que entram no prédio, sanar dúvidas, oferecer informações sobre eventos e serviços, e fornecer um atendimento amigável e acolhedor.
  • Construção e Manutenção da Comunidade: Responsável por fomentar um ambiente colaborativo e acolhedor entre os membros da WeWork. Isso inclui a organização de eventos e atividades para promover interações entre os membros e a criação de conexões entre eles, vendas e renegociação de contratos.
  • Apoia a operação: Garantir que o espaço e os processos estejam funcionando sem problemas. Isso pode envolver tarefas como lidar com problemas relacionados a membros, auxiliar em move-in e move-out, e garantir que as operações do prédio estejam funcionando adequadamente.
  • Suporte Administrativo: Recepcionar os membros e convidados, lidar com solicitações de suporte e responder tickets, preparar materiais promocionais e newsletters, e gerenciar questões relacionadas a correspondências e pacotes.


Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior cursando (preferencialmente em hotelaria);
  • Disponibilidade para atuar 8h por dia presencialmente de segunda a sexta;
  • Conhecimento básico nas ferramentas google (gmail, sheets e etc);
  • Procuramos pessoas comunicativas, curiosas e inovadoras, com sede de aprender;
  • Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente, vendas, customer success e/ou customer experience.
  • Desejável experiência na hotelaria e conhecimento de métricas como NPS.


Informações Adicionais:


Local de trabalho: Zona Sul, Oeste ou região central

Horário: de segunda a sexta das 09h00 às 18h00.

Modalidade de Contratação: Presencial
