Responsible for leading Product Cost Optimization (PCO) initiatives driving the lifecycle of cost reduction activities – from business case approval to implementation – ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Demonstrates strong teamwork and the ability to effectively integrate local and global teams within a multicultural environment, while respecting regional specificities.

• Work closely with category teams to define strategies and conduct PCO projects, contributing to long-term sourcing strategies.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for cost reduction projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Update CAPEX/ Project Expenses during budget and its reviews related to specific categories. Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Complete Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related areas. Advanced English is mandatory.
• Consolidated experience in PCO management, strategic sourcing, or procurement. Excel skills, IT literacy and Tableau knowledge.
