We're looking for a talented and passionate Salesforce Administrator to join CAF's team.

As the Salesforce Administrator , you will be responsible for the ongoing development and optimization of our Salesforce environment, ensuring exceptional user experience and system efficiency.


What you'll do

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, and reports.
  • Oversee the sandbox environment and manage DevOps/release processes.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into best practice, scalable solutions.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features and create a platform roadmap.
  • Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders effectively.
  • Improve Salesforce data quality through proactive data management and automation.
  • Conduct system maintenance, including Security Reviews and Health Checks.
  • Handle user support tickets and monitor user adoption.
  • Provide training for new and ongoing users, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers.


What you'll need

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, specifically in Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Certification as a Salesforce Administrator and additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
  • Experience in change management and governance.
  • Advanced Salesforce development knowledge (APEX, LWC, Custom Packages integration).
