What you will do We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a technical and proactive mindset to join our development team. This person will play a key role in building the quality foundation of the squad, going beyond traditional QA by working extensively with test automation and process structuring. Responsibilities Lead the structuring of the QA area from the ground up within the development squad; Design, write, and maintain automated tests to ensure end-to-end product quality; Collaborate closely with developers to integrate tests into CI / CD pipelines; Validate features from both a technical and end-user experience perspective; Help define and implement scalable QA standards, practices, and tools; Actively participate in technical discussions and decisions related to software quality; Propose and carry out proofs of concept (POCs) to validate automation strategies and new technologies. What you should bring Strong experience in software testing, especially automated testing; Familiarity with programming languages and software development best practices (preferably with a developer mindset); Experience with test automation tools (such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, ; Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI / CD pipelines; Knowledge of manual testing with a strong focus on user experience; Ability to work independently and in a structured way, taking the lead on QA initiatives. Differentials Experience (or hands-on studies) with AI applied to software testing; Experience leading or participating in POCs for test automation or AI-driven testing; Previous experience as the first QA on a team or involvement in early-stage QA team setups.
