Maintain regular communication with floor staff and other departments. Attend to guest needs or concerns. Provide material to housekeepers or guests, such as pillows, cribs, duvets. Keep guest room hallways clean and orderly. Prepare office supplies as required and maintain them according to daily needs. Verify technical or safety problems in the room and report them to maintenance. Deliver and retrieve borrowed items from guests, e.g., irons and ironing boards thickness yty.Ensure clean clothing supply to offices or designated areas. Remove dirty clothing from plants, ensuring it does not mix with clean and avoiding cross‑contamination. Receive laundry orders and count them if necessary. Remove waste from offices, carts or rooms as needed or requested. Assist in disassembling rooms: curtains, mattresses, furniture. Receive orders and keep them organized in the corresponding store. Clean external entrance areas for staff (garage ramps, guard booths, etc.). Support Housekeeping team with any extraordinary tasks that may arise. Assist in cleaning exterior windows or any required elements. Customer Experience) Know the brand philosophy and comply with operational manuals and identity standards applicable to your department. Protect the customer experience and personalize their stay, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Assume responsibilities assigned in the Work Health and Safety Management System Manual. Requirements Education & Training : professional or technical degree in hotel management. Languages : a second language is valued. Knowledge of hotel operations. Knowledge of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards. Organization and efficiency techniques. Service orientation. Experience : 1‑2 years experience in a similar role in the hotel or cleaning sector.
