Insights Analyst Company Overview: Foster & Flow is a consulting company dedicated to developing customized business answers that unlock value from consumer behavior through data science and analytics. We work with top brands to provide insights that drive growth and innovation. Position:  Insights Analyst  Location:  Remote Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with a dynamic team working on projects for a leading global beverage company. • Translate datasets into actionable insights about consumer behavior within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. • Use advanced Excel skills to manage, clean, and analyze data efficiently. • Develop clear, compelling presentations and analytical reports in PowerPoint to communicate findings and support decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research, market intelligence, and ad-hoc analytical initiatives. • Build data-driven narratives and visualizations that enhance understanding and business impact. • Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data findings. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience  in data analysis, market research, business analysis, or a similar field. • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory),  with the ability to structure analyses and deliver polished presentations and reports. • Fluent in English , with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in the CPG industry  is a plus . • Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python,  and Power BI  is a strong differential . • Working Experience/Knowledge of fundamental statistics and analytical concepts.
