**SAP Project Manager****Who We Are****What you will do****Key Responsibilities**:- Plan, execute, and finalize SAP projects according to deadlines and within budget.- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.- Develop detailed project plans, monitor and control project progress.- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate variance analysis techniques.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.- Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.**Required Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP projects.- PMP certification or equivalent.- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integrations.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Proven experience in managing multi-functional teams.- Advanced English and Spanish language skills to lead international projects.**Differential**:- Additional certifications in SAP.- Experience in agile methodologies.- Knowledge of organizational change management.**Why Cognizant?**A career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide.Ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.A highly competitive benefits and salary package.Opportunity to work for leading global companies.
