Mútua is looking for a Product Marketing Manager  to craft and execute strategies that position our platform into impact investing and philanthropy markets.


About the Role

As our Product Marketing Manager , you'll play a critical role in driving Mútua's growth, particularly as we enter the initial go-to-market phase. You’ll develop and execute product marketing strategies, support the sales funnel, and ensure our messaging resonates with funders and innovators across sectors like food, healthcare, and energy.


What You’ll Do

  • Go-to-Market Strategy : Design and execute launch plans for our data intelligence platform, targeting mission-driven funders and innovators.
  • Positioning & Messaging : Develop and refine clear, compelling messaging that communicates our value proposition to diverse audiences.
  • Digital Marketing : Manage and optimize digital campaigns to engage target audiences and generate demand.
  • Sales Funnel Management : Analyze and improve the sales funnel, identifying opportunities to increase conversion rates and refine customer journeys.
  • Content Development : Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including case studies, presentations, and campaign materials.
  • Market Research : Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and product positioning.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product, data, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, with a strong track record in startup growth, ideally during the initial go-to-market phase.
  • Industry Knowledge : High preference for candidates with experience in data intelligence products, particularly in markets related to impact investing or philanthropy.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Digital Expertise : Proven experience in managing digital marketing efforts, including paid campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Sales Enablement : Familiarity with sales funnel management and creating tools to support the sales team.

  • Fully Remote : Open to applicants based between Brasília and Central European timezones.
  • Flexible Contract : Highly flexible, delivery-based freelance contract.
