You evolve services that integrate deeply with multiple systems across the company You take full ownership of backend projects - from design to deployment, including CI / CD, observability and long-term maintainability You design and implement high-quality system architectures that can scale, handle complex business logic and remain reliable under change You continuously improve system performance and reliability by identifying bottlenecks, refactoring legacy components.
