About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will contribute to the advancement of Large Language Models (LLMs) by crafting high-quality medical and scientific content.

  • Create accurate, medically sound content on various medical topics, including clinical explanations, research summaries, clinical abstracts, literature reviews, patient education materials, medical problem sets, case studies, evidence-based Q&A, and regulatory-focused content.

Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to refine medical-related model outputs, address knowledge gaps in LLM training data, build diverse datasets across medical and healthcare domains, and provide feedback to enhance LLM performance in reasoning, comprehension, and communication of healthcare content.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in medical/scientific writing, with expertise in communicating complex topics clearly and accurately.
  • Literature review, evidence synthesis, or regulatory writing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scientific publishing standards, citation practices, and biomedical databases.

Additional Requirement:

An English language assessment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies to advance LLM understanding of medical and healthcare topics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI model performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with expertise in communicating complex medical concepts.
  • Experience with literature review, evidence synthesis, or regulatory writing.
  • Familiarity with biomedical databases and scientific publishing standards.
