Senior Software Engineer, Front-end (LatAm) This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Front-end in Latin America. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and develop high-quality, customer-centric web experiences in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that simplify complex processes and deliver tangible business value. The position emphasizes technical excellence, rapid prototyping, and problem-solving, while maintaining high standards for code quality and performance. You will contribute to the software architecture, implement front-end features, and participate in continuous improvement of development processes. Accountabilities Develop, design, debug, and maintain components of web applications using modern front-end technologies Write automated unit and integration tests to support continuous integration pipelines Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and flexibility Rapidly prototype and implement minimum viable products in collaboration with peers and senior engineers Work effectively within distributed cross-functional teams and communicate technical vision clearly Identify and resolve development roadblocks while driving tasks to completion Contribute to continuous improvement of software and development processes within an agile environment Participate in the creation and refinement of user stories alongside the team Requirements 6+ years of professional front-end development experience Deep understanding of web development principles and best practices Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with one or more front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (React + Redux preferred) Experience with TypeScript, automated testing (Jest & Cypress), and CI/CD workflows Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on customer feedback Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high quality standards Bonus Skills Familiarity with CMS templates and web optimization techniques Experience in remote collaboration and agile development frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) Benefits Competitive compensation aligned with experience and seniority Fully remote work across Latin America, offering flexibility and autonomy Opportunities to work on innovative, impactful web applications Collaborative, agile work environment with cross-functional teams Professional growth through exposure to modern front-end frameworks, automated testing, and CI/CD processes Jobgether is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
