Our vision is a talent ecosystem where AI and human intelligence work in harmony to eliminate bias, reduce time-to-hire, and create meaningful, lasting connections between exceptional talent and forward-thinking companies.We started our AI journey in 2022 with the help of leading AI and ML engineers we've recruited over the years. Having initially bootstrapped the project, we recently closed our pre seed funding round, and we're now building the next generation of our platform - moving from our successful MVP v1 to a comprehensive v2 that we believe will transform the recruiting space.Our mission is simple: there's a perfectly matched candidate for every role, and a perfect role for every candidate. We're building the tools to put them together.The Role:Take AI-generated code and integrate it into a clean, production-ready stackCollaborate directly with the founders and CTO to build out our v2 platformLead feature development: AI-powered matching, onboarding, real-time LLM chat, and moreEnsure production-grade quality with solid testing (Playwright, Jest, Artillery.js)Bring a leadership mindset to architecture, scaling, and cross-functional inputThrive in an AI-augmented coding environment using Claude (Windsurf), Copilot, and CursorRequirements:7+ years Full Stack experienceMastery of our stack: React (Type Script), Node.js (Express), Zustand, React Query, PrismaExpertise with AI dev tools like Claude (via Windsurf), Git Hub Copilot, CursorProduction-ready AWS experience (especially ECS) and containerized workflows (Docker)Deep knowledge of LLM APIs for content generation, summarization, and chatPrior startup experience and strong independent decision-making abilityTesting experience: Playwright, Jest, Artillery.jsBonus skills:AI/ML product development experienceOpen source contributions related to AI toolingExperience with PGvector, TTS/STT API integrationWhy this role rocks:Innovative Workflow: Work side-by-side with AI to build smarter, fasterBig Impact: Your work will directly shape our next-gen productGrowth-Oriented: Contract-to-hire with strong full-time potentialVision-Driven Team: We care about mission, inclusion, and quality over ego3 Month Contract-Hire | Report to CTO | Build with Purpose
