Our promise:- You choose how you'll work with us: remote first or at our offices in Timpuri Noi Square (Bucharest) or Brasov;- We support your career growth through continuous learning, coaching, and mentorship programs;- We promise you a feedback-driven culture that inspires healthy communication;- A friendly, professional, and supportive team is waiting for his new teammate;- A bunch of people with common hobbies and interests (sailing, football, running marathons, tennis, music, etc.) is ready to welcome you;- A community driven by courage and creativity (we have our own beer and our own band that sings about us) is challenging you to have serious fun with us;- We designed benefits that give you the power to create balance in life, on and off work.As a QA Lead you will:- Develop, mentor and coordinate QA Engineers;- Oversee the entire testing process within the development lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are met;- Define and drive the test strategy and test planning for projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage;- Establish and promote quality standards and best practices (both manual and automated) and ensure they are respected by team members;- Coordinate the testing efforts, including manual, automated, and performance testing activities, ensuring a healthy balance;- Collaborate with the automation engineers to align their efforts with the project's quality goals;- Provide support and guidance to project teams on all quality-related topics;- Ensure that the defined quality and development flows are respected within the company;- Facilitate the integration of testing activities into the development flow (CI/CD);- Review key test artifacts like test plans, test cases, and bug reports to ensure clarity and quality;- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding project quality, reporting on key metrics and risks;- Stay updated with new technologies and methodologies in the Quality Assurance field;- Mentor other QAs to support their professional development and growth.What about you?- Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a QA team;- Deep knowledge and understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance processes and life cycle;- Extensive experience in creating test plans, test strategies, and test cases;- Strong hands-on experience with manual testing, including extensive knowledge working with databases;- Strong hands-on experience with API testing (e.g., using tools like Postman);- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-working skills;- Ability to express your thoughts clearly in English (written or spoken);- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset;- Interest in continuous career development for yourself and your team.Nice to have:- Hands-on experience with test automation or performance testing;- Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Testcafe, PHPUnit, Appium);- Basic scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, PHP);- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab); Technical studies in Automatics, Electronics, Mathematics and Computer Science (student or graduate).Our process starts here.
