Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para cubrir la posición de Paid Media Specialist con experiencia en campañas de Generación de Leads .
¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?- Realizar la planificación, implementación y optimización de campañas digitales.
- Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo comercial y de operaciones.
- Generar campañas creativas y analíticas para la generación de leads.
- Utilizar la curiosidad y mirada comercial para entender el mercado y detectar oportunidades para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.
- Realizar análisis de palabras clave y definir orientaciones según el público objetivo.
- Gestionar y optimizar presupuestos.
- Elaborar reportes, medir resultados y monitorear KPIs.
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización para mejorar resultados.
- Formación en marketing, publicidad o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en estrategia y seguimiento de campañas de generación de leads.
- Manejo de Google Ads y la suite de Meta para generación de leads.
- Experiencia trabajando con CRM.
- Habilidad en definir y seguir objetivos basados en KPIs.
- Habilidades analíticas y de comunicación.
- Disponibilidad full time.
Será un plus:
- Experiencia en campañas de Bing.
- Conocimiento de herramientas como Trello o similares.
- Experiencia con Zoho CRM.
- Ambiente de trabajo agradable y diversidad cultural.
- Trabajo remoto.
- Horario flexible, de lunes a viernes.
- 15 días hábiles de vacaciones por año.
