Role Summary: Virtualization Specialist We are seeking an experienced Virtualization Specialist to join our team, supporting large-scale virtualized environments. Main Responsibilities: Administer and support VMware ESXi and vCenter environments (versions 7 and 8), ensuring high-performance and reliability. Manage VMware clusters, Distributed Switches, and ESXi host configurations for optimal resource utilization. Perform regular vCenter and ESXi upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management to maintain current technology standards. Requirements: Strong experience with VMware vSAN for efficient storage and data protection. At least 5 years of experience administering VMware environments with a proven track record of success. Hands-on expertise in VMware Cluster & VDS Management, vSAN configuration and maintenance, and ESXi host upgrades and patching. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): High availability and performance of virtualized environments. Proactive identification and resolution of technical issues. Successful implementation of VMware upgrades and patches.
