Main Responsibilities and Duties:- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Anaplan models to support various business functions such as finance, sales, supply chain, and operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and implement effective planning solutions.- Conduct data integration and transformation tasks using SQL and Databricks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.- Develop user-friendly dashboards and reports using PowerBI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.- Perform thorough testing and validation of Anaplan models to ensure quality and reliability.- Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to utilize Anaplan models effectively.- Continuously refine models and processes to improve performance, usability, and scalability.- Stay abreast of Anaplan platform updates and best practices, implementing enhancements as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan development.- Proficiency in model building and a strong understanding of Anaplan’s technical aspects.

Desired or Preferred Skills and Knowledge:- Anaplan Level 1 Model Building certification is a plus.- Working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.- Experience with Databricks for big data processing and analytics.- Familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools for creating interactive reports and dashboards.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
