As a Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient financial operations of our Media department. You'll be responsible for managing vendor invoices, debit and credit notes, client invoicing, and open media orders, all while collaborating closely with the Media and Finance teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting skills within a dynamic and creative environment.
**What You'll Do**:
- ** Manage Media Vendor Invoices**: Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, building strong relationships with our media partners.
- ** Handle Debit & Credit Notes**: Collaborate with the Media team to understand and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial records.
- ** Support Client Invoicing**: Play a key role in the client invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- ** Track Open Media Orders**: Proactively manage open media orders, working with the Media and Finance teams to resolve any issues.
- ** Collaborate & Learn**:Work closely with the Media and Finance teams, expanding your knowledge of the media and advertising industry.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Pursuing CAT, ACCA, CIMA, or a university degree in Accounting.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, Accounting Software, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- A passion for media and advertising
