**Job Description**:**About this Job**This role is responsible for implementing category management projects across our Assortment & Merchandising (A&M) solutions, using the household tools available in coordination with other regional sales and delivery teams. As Category Management Consultant (Business Intelligence) you are responsible for developing and managing deliverables with a remarkable quality guarantee.In this role there is a high level of contact with merchandising customers. You will need strong communication skills to discuss all sides of the merchandising business with our clients, and act as a NielsenIQ expert on our portfolio. Most of your customers will be based in Brazil.We pioneered the domain we operate in. This means the breadth and depth of data, expertise and clientele here is second to none. Be part of this team and realize more of your potential, faster**Responsibilities**- Project Management on merchandising deliveries in Brazil, with regular client contact and follow-ups on projects.- Support the NielsenIQ Sales and Delivery teams with your consultancy expertise, building a strong partnership with the defined customers and inspiring in accordance with the contractual agreements.- Analyze the situation/evolution of the category of the customer and make suggestions for improvement.- Work with colleagues in the delivery Team to provide a professional & clear response to all clients, also gathering client requirements from commercial teams.- Onboarding, training and support new or existing customers on merchandising products.- Compiling and delivering documentation material for methodology questions and/or frequently questions.- Be able to build optimal assortments and develop efficient planograms and space reports, supporting basic client service duties as needed, participating in team projects and staff meetings.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related field.- Strong Category Management knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry.- Knowledge managing databases (SQL, Oracle, Visual Basic, etc).- Solid cross-function experience.- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Pivot Tables - Power Point.- Advanced English, both verbal and written.- Exceptional aptitude for category analysis.- Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions.- Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment.- Accuracy and attention to detail.- Desirable proficiency in planogramation tools, preferably Spaceman or MSA.- Desirable to have technical and analytical skills in C#Additional Information**Our Benefits**- Flexible work environment with Hybrid work model- Peer to peer recognition program- Comprehensive health insurance- Gympass- Short Friday- Annual Bonus- Career development tailored to NielsenIQ roles- Access to on-demand learning content and NIQ social communities- Mentoring programs...and moreJob ID: REF25759Y**About NielsenIQ**NielsenIQ is a global measurement and data analytics company providing the most complete and trusted view of consumers and markets in 90 countries covering 90% of the world’s population.
