Mechanic - Ch-47

We are seeking a highly skilled **Mechanic** to perform **scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks** on aircraft, including the **CH-47 Chinook**. This role reports directly to the **Maintenance Supervisor** and involves ensuring **mission readiness, equipment upkeep, and compliance** with technical standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Aircraft Maintenance**: Conduct **inspections, servicing, and repairs** in accordance with technical publications and company policies.
- **CH-47 Chinook Expertise**: Maintain and troubleshoot **twin-engine tandem rotor systems**, ensuring operational efficiency.
- **Operational Readiness**: Assist in keeping aircraft **in top-flight condition**, ensuring reliability for operations.
- **Training & Knowledge Transfer**: Provide **on-the-job training (OJT)** to customer trainees, helping them build self-sufficiency in aircraft maintenance.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain **accurate records** of all maintenance activities following **DA PAM 738-751** and technical manuals.
- **General Support**: Perform **additional duties** as assigned by the **Supervisor or Team Lead**.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate** (or equivalent industry certification).
- **High School Diploma** (Aircraft maintenance school or military training preferred).
- **Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience**.
- **At least 3 years of hands-on experience on CH-47 Chinook**.
- **Proficiency in common and specialized tools, test equipment, and ground support gear**.
- **Strong technical knowledge and ability to read, write, and communicate in English**.
