Planejar e Controlar Atividades Operacionais, Logística, De Manutenção e De Apoio Realizadas a Bordo Por Equipe Própria e Contratada De Qualquer Prestadora De Serviço. Compreendem, Dentre Outras Atividades PLANEJAR SERVIÇOS, COM DEFINIÇÃO DOS RESPECTIVOS RECURSOS (MATERIAIS, PESSOAL, SERVIÇOS E LOGÍSTICA), INCLUSIVE COM REQUISIÇÃO DO EMBARQUE E DESEMBARQUE DESTES RECURSOS, QUANDO NECESSÁRIO. ELABORAR NIVELAMENTO DE RECURSOS E PROGRAMAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS. OPERAÇÃO DOS SISTEMAS INFORMATIZADOS DA PETROBRAS: SAP-R3 MÓDULOS MM, PM E LT, SISTEMA DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE PLATAFORMAS APLAT, INTELATRAC, SIGGA BRIZZO, DENTRE OUTROS. DISTRIBUIR/ENCAMINHAR SOLICITAÇÕES AOS RESPONSÁVEIS P/ EXECUÇÃO. CONTROLAR O ATENDIMENTO DAS ORDENS DE MANUTENÇÃO, REPORTANDO À FISCALIZAÇÃO DA PETROBRAS QUALQUER ANORMALIDADE. EMITIR SOLICITAÇÕES DE SERVIÇOS PARA ATENDIMENTO AOS PLANOS DE MANUTENÇÃO E/OU CALIBRAÇÃO E ALIMENTAR AS ATIVIDADES EXECUTADAS NOS SISTEMAS INFORMATIZADOS. COLETAR DADOS E PREENCHER SISTEMA DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO, CONTROLES, LISTAS E RELATÓRIOS COM INFORMAÇÕES RELATIVAS AOS SERVIÇOS REALIZADOS, NOS PRAZOS E PADRÕES DE QUALIDADE ESTABELECIDOS. INFORMAR AO PLANEJAMENTO INTEGRADO A PREVISÃO DE REALIZAÇÃO DE GRANDES SERVIÇOS, QUE DEMANDEM IMPACTO NA NORMALIDADE DAS OPERAÇÕES E QUE NECESSITEM OU NÃO DE RECURSO EXTERNOS (VAGAS, EQUIPAMENTOS ESPECIAIS, CONTRATOS, DENTRE OUTROS). REALIZAR INTERLOCUÇÃO ENTRE EQUIPES DE TERRA E MAR. GARANTIR FLUXO DE DOCUMENTOS E INFORMAÇÕES ENTRE EQUIPES DE TERRA E MAR, INCLUINDO EVENTUAIS AJUSTES DA PROGRAMAÇÃO, JUSTIFICATIVAS PARA O NÃO CUMPRIMENTO DA PROGRAMAÇÃO ETC. FACILITAR REUNIÕES DE SIMULTANEIDADE, DE FECHAMENTO DA PROGRAMAÇÃO SEMANAL E DE ANÁLISE CRÍTICA. OPERACIONALIZAR NO SAP A ABERTURA DE NOTAS PARA O PLANEJAMENTO EM TERRA DAS ATIVIDADES. CONTROLAR, IMPRIMIR E ORGANIZAR AS PERMISSÕES DA TRABALHO (PT) EM PADRÃO E PERIODICIDADE DEFINIDO PELA PETROBRAS. APOIAR A CRIAÇÃO E CONTROLE DE NOTAS, ORDENS E PT´S.
