Job Title: Corporate Legal Advisor Job Description As a Corporate Legal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal guidance to our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of Brazilian law and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will research and analyze new business opportunities, providing comprehensive legal advice and risk assessments. Your ability to design contract structures and negotiate agreements will be crucial in driving business growth. Furthermore, you will draft, review, and revise various contracts and legal documents, ensuring that they meet our organizational standards. Your commercial acumen and negotiation skills will be essential in managing external lawyers and handling disputes effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law or higher from an accredited institution in Brazil Bar admission in Brazil is mandatory At least 3 years of experience in leading law firms or multinational environments, preferably with work experience in Chinese companies Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or cross-border e-commerce is highly desirable Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills in English and Portuguese (working languages) Mandarin Chinese is a plus Ability to function independently with moderate supervision and recognize priorities effectively Benefits As a key member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
