(GenAI Core) Sênior AI Engineer - Híbrido Florianópolis Esse papel é extremamente mão na massa e também exige alguém que vá além da execução: buscamos uma pessoa capaz de construir a fundação de dados da empresa e aplicar inteligência artificial de forma prática e criativa para gerar impacto no produto. Responsabilidades Projetar e implementar pipelines de dados automatizados (ETL/ELT) integrando múltiplas fontes (player, transcrições, métricas de conversão, etc). Estruturar e manter um data warehouse limpo e bem documentado (ex: BigQuery, Snowflake ou Redshift). Criar datasets e APIs que possam ser usados por LLMs e modelos internos. Prototipar aplicações de AI usando LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) para gerar headlines, CTAs, mini-hooks e autoplays. Explorar e aplicar modelos preditivos leves (regressões, clustering, embeddings) para entender e prever padrões de conversão. Monitorar performance dos pipelines e qualidade dos dados. Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o CTO e o PM para definir prioridades, medir impacto e garantir resultados tangíveis. Como um PJ alocado, você se relaciona com ambas as empresas, mas estará ainda mais próximo do cliente. Requisitos da vaga Sólida experiência em Python, SQL e manipulação de dados (Pandas, NumPy, etc). Experiência prática com ETL/ELT pipelines e ferramentas de orquestração (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster ou similares). Conhecimento de modelagem de dados e bancos analíticos (BigQuery, Snowflake, Postgres). Experiência com APIs de LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc), embeddings e técnicas básicas de NLP. Entendimento de conceitos de Machine Learning tradicional (scikit-learn, regressões, clustering). Experiência com versionamento de código e boas práticas de engenharia (Git, Docker, CI/CD básico). O projeto exige a criação da estrutura na AWS, o que envolve o uso de DMS para migração, EMR com Spark para processamento distribuído, S3 como Data Lake, e configurações profundas de IAM (Roles/Policies) e Networking (VPC/Subnets) entre outras ferramentas do ecossistema da AWS. É crucial o conhecimento em PySpark para o desenvolvimento dos jobs e o domínio de tabelas Iceberg. Experiência prévia em startups ou times pequenos, com autonomia para tocar projetos ponta a ponta. Familiaridade com frameworks de AI modernos (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc). Experiência com análise preditiva e modelagem aplicada a dados de marketing ou produto. Experiência em integrações com plataformas SaaS ou dados de vídeo. Experiência com visualização de dados (Metabase, Looker, Power BI).
