Job Description: Develop, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs that achieve measurable performance improvements and boost productivity. Your key responsibility will be to analyze skill gaps and business priorities to create targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills to identify performance gaps and prioritize learning initiatives. Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop relevant training solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless project execution. Ability to analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
