Overview

If you are creative, have strong hunter sales skills, and want to contribute to digitalization (Industry 4.0) in Argentina and Chile, this position is for you. Siemens DISW is a world leader in Digitalization and Industry 4.0 solutions. As part of the Partner Sales Executive team, you will have the opportunity to explore and develop the market for the full digitalization solution portfolio (PLM, CAD, CAE, CAM, Digital Manufacturing, IoT, IIoT, MOM, Low-Code, etc.). These goals are achieved through building productive business relationships with customers and Partners.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute the plan for digitalization with focus on defined industries and territory coverage
  • Prospect new customers, driving business conversations with decision makers
  • Create and manage your own pipeline with opportunities for strategic accounts
  • Influence and drive the development of Partner Account Plans with a focus on effective sales execution
  • Support Partner Team by providing feedback to the Account and Territory Planning process
  • Contribute to the collection of Business Intelligence data (e.g., Partner Scorecard, Partner Segmentation, Marketing Maturity Matrix) to enable sales intelligence and growth planning
  • Build close collaborative relationships with Partner Executives to grow partner sales maturity, coaching, and advising on pursuit and close of major account opportunities
  • Coach partners on territory planning to identify white space and new logo opportunities across the Siemens portfolio
  • Coach and advise partners on identifying and qualifying new customer targets and opportunities
  • Coach Partner Sales to drive business conversations with customers
  • Coach Partner Sales in negotiation to close deals
  • Uphold professional integrity and compliance guidelines of Siemens
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
  • Advanced sales experience – hunter profile with more than 6 years selling advanced technology solutions (digitalization and/or Industry 4.0 background is a differential)
  • Proven sales performance track record
  • Industry knowledge in E&U and/or CP&R is a differential
  • 50% travel time to work locations as required by DISW or customer pursuit/project
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology-related areas, Marketing, Engineering or Administration
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with C-level, interpersonal skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Establish detailed sales operations workflows: set business terms, cadence of accountability, benchmarks and relative performance, ROI analysis, risk mitigation, account planning, and territory coverage planning
