Join to apply for the Service Sales Executive role at Peak Scientific Peak Scientific, a fast‑growing organization specializing in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market, is looking to recruit a Service Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in Brazil. Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Sales Executive will be responsible for strengthening and developing local service sales focusing on customer satisfaction and maximizing the service revenue and installed base coverage (territory Brazil north). Key Duties Effectively promote Peak Scientific Service products to end users, OEM and distributor markets Identify up‑sale and cross‑sale opportunities Follow up existing leads and maximize service business opportunities Nurture relationships with existing customers to retain loyalty while developing customer service opportunities Create sales quotations, manage orders and facilitate service/product delivery Work closely with generator sales personnel and field service personnel in developing business leads Update company CRM system and internal controls with all relevant customer information and orders Prospect new sales based on previous information from end users and service registers, both for service contracts and paid visit offers Follow up all contract agreement processes and documentation, including renewal deadlines with customers Feed service and finance teams with all information regarding the orders in general Work closely with the service back‑office to improve procedures and customer support Qualifications The successful candidate will be a self‑motivated individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally you will speak English and have previous experience in technical sales. Technical degree in science (Engineering, Chemistry, Physics) Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure against tight deadlines Good practical skills and methodical approach to solving daily issues Ability to interface comfortably and effectively with a broad spectrum of personalities, both internally and externally Ability to ensure objectives and standards are achieved and to address issues constructively, in line with company procedures The drive to motivate and support teams to realize their full potential and objectives The company is offering a competitive package and opportunities to develop within an expanding international organization.
