**THE ROLE**
We seek a talented and innovative **AI Video Editor** to help us **launch and grow a YouTube channel** for two exciting brands**:Hooks & Needles** and **Mrs. Quilty**. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, AI-generated video content that not only captivates viewers but also drives traffic, generates leads, and boosts sales for both brand websites.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Create high-quality, AI-generated video content** tailored to YouTube audiences, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice while promoting both Hooks & Needles and Mrs. Quilty.
- ** Leverage AI Tools** (e.g., for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing) to produce polished, professional videos.
- ** Implement YouTube Performance Strategies**, focusing on SEO, audience engagement, and algorithm optimization to maximize views and interactions.
- ** Research Trending Topics** to develop creative video ideas that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- ** Collaborate with the Team** to align video content with overall marketing objectives and ensure both brands consistency.
- ** Optimize SEO** through keyword-rich titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata to improve video discoverability and performance.
- ** Monitor Video Performance** using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future content.
- ** Deliver High-Quality Videos** on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in all projects.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- ** Proven experience** in creating AI-generated video content, preferably for YouTube.
- ** Experience** using AI tools such as **Synthesia**, **Runway**, **Pictory**, or similar platforms for video creation and editing.
- Strong understanding of **YouTube algorithms**, **SEO**, and **audience engagement** strategies.
- Ability to work **independently** and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- ** Creativity** in developing compelling content ideas that drive action and resonate with viewers.
- ** A portfolio of past AI-generated video projects (required for consideration).**
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience creating **sales or lead-generation**-oriented content.
- Familiarity with **marketing** and **advertising** principles.
- Knowledge of **YouTube monetization strategies**.
**THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS**
- 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
- 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
- Home Task.
- 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and team members from Foxelli Group to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

**SALARY**
€1000 - €2000 after taxes (depending on your**skills, competencies, and experience).
